• Academic Positions - Chief Editor – Journal of Information Warfare, Vice-Chair WG 9.10 - ICT Uses in Peace and War, Co-Founder – International Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security, Editorial Review – European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security

• Fellowships – Five with USAF (2003-1996)

• Conference Key Roles – Program Chair or Chairman of 32 different events 2002-2020

• Editor – Nine Conference Proceedings (2006-2014), Three IO/IW Books (2001-2010)

• Author – Three books on Airborne Early Warning (AEW) aircraft (1996-2002), plus 35 academic conference papers from 2000-2015, and 20 published articles on AEW (1991-1999)
