Dr Leigh Armistead is the Chief Editor of the Journal of Information Warfare as well as the Vice-Chair WG 9.10 - ICT Uses in Peace and War.  We are the only academic cyber warfare journal published in the US as https://www.jstor.org/journal/jlawcyberwarfare (they are in NY and claim a rigorous reviewing process!).  It also has a separate website - www.jinfowar.com, and there are a number of rates and subscription plans to meet all interests.  JIW is always looking for new reviewers and new papers.  We publish four editions a year, typically 8-10 articles that are DBPR, plus some of these issues are special editions where we have collaborated with the following organizations in the last few years:

  • 2014-2017, National Security Agency (NSA)

  • 2019-2021, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL)

  • 2020, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

  • 2021, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (South Africa)
